Payments

Payments

Payment is required to complete your registration for the National Service-Learning Conference. Payment may be made by credit card or purchase order (additional fee of $50 applies to all POs).

Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment or an approved purchase order has been received by nylc.

Please note:

  • All registration fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Registration fees must be paid in full by the deadline communicated by nylc.
  • If registering with a purchase order, the organization is responsible for ensuring payment is received by nylc according to the terms of the invoice.
  • Registrations with outstanding balances may be subject to cancellation or restricted access to conference activities.
  • Any applicable processing, administrative, or late fees are the responsibility of the registrant or sponsoring organization.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable except through the substitution process outlined in the Terms of Registration.
  • Cancellations are not eligible for a refund after November 30, 2026.

By submitting payment or a purchase order, you acknowledge and agree to the conference Terms of Registration, including the cancellation, substitution, youth participant, and payment policies.

Group Registrations

10 or more individuals registering from one organization can receive a 10% discount code. To receive this group discount, registrations must be input by the registering organization in one transaction. 

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. To help us plan responsibly for the National Service-Learning Conference and meet our commitments to our speakers, partners, venue, and other conference vendors, nylc has established the following cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations received on or before November 30, 2026 are eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing or administrative fees.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after November 30, 2026. This includes cancellations due to illness, changes in employment, travel disruptions, weather, scheduling conflicts, or other personal or organizational circumstances.
  • Failure to attend the conference does not constitute a cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Registration fees may not be transferred to a future conference.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a registration substitution. Substitutions must be submitted to nylc by March 5, 2027. Substitutions requested after this date may be subject to an additional administrative fee.
  • Any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
  • nylc is not responsible for non-refundable travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred in connection with conference attendance.

By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.

Official Language

All presentations will be conducted in English. 

Photo Release

Submission of your conference registration authorizes nylc and its partners to publish in any format and use for promotional and educational purposes your name and any photos, videos, and audio recordings taken of you at the conference. It also authorizes nylc to contact you by mail and email.
