All registrations will incur a 3% service charge for handling and processing at checkout. Your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on 3/27 and 3/28.

*Youth rate is available to young people 23 and under.

About Registration
Terms of Registration

Submission of your conference registration authorizes NYLC and its partners to publish in any format and use for promotional and educational purposes your name and any photos, videos, and audio recordings taken of you at the conference. It also authorizes NYLC to contact you by mail and email.

Payments

NYLC accepts credit cards and checks as payment. Purchase orders may be used to reserve registration, but payment must be received in our office (not postmarked) by March 5, 2025.

Use the ‘Check Payment’ option at checkout if your agency requires an invoice generated for later payment. Important: Billing Contact & Address will show on the Invoice. The Primary Attendee will receive an automated email with a link to download and print the Invoice. Each Additional Attendee will receive a confirmation. It’s the primary registrant’s responsibility to forward this email to your billing office or responsible party, and to ensure payment is received by the deadline.

Action needed by NYLC staff, such as contacting your billing office, setting up a vendor account, or generating a purchase order, may incur a $50 fee. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

Group Registrations

To receive the group discount, registrations must be input by the registering organization in one transaction.

For groups of 40 or more, data input may be available from NYLC for an additional fee.

Cancellation and Refunds

No refunds will be given for conference registrations. Substitutions are allowed without a fee up to March 14, 2025. (After those dates, substitutions will be processed for an additional $10 charge onsite.)

Individuals or groups who register and do not show up on site (“no shows”), for whatever reason, are not subject to refunds. Registrations secured with a purchase order are subject to the regular cancellation terms above.

Official Language

The conference is dedicated to providing a safe and valuable conference experience for everyone. Interactive features are provided solely for learning and to share about service-learning and education-related experiences. Use for other purposes including, but not limited to, unsolicited contact about products or services, is not allowed. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers. Any conduct concerns should be sent to [email protected], or alert a staff member on site.
