Think of Lightning Talks as the conference’s equivalent of professional speed dating! In this 75-minute session, presenters are set at a table set for 8 people. Presenters dive into their ideas, projects, and findings for 5-10 minutes, leaving time for participants to interact and ask questions for another 10-15 minutes, totaling 20 minutes per lightning round. After 20 minutes, presenters remain at their table while participants rotate for two more rounds, allowing presenters to engage with up to three different intimate small groups. Presenters can apply to share their Lightning Talk on one or both days of the conference. There are two types of Lightning Talks: Skill/Idea Share and Program/Product Preview.
