This session will provide an overview of servant leadership and how this leadership style will enhance the service-learning experience for students and educators. Participants will gain an understanding of how a servant leader align’s the individual’s purpose and role to organizational strategies, student outcomes, and the needs of the community. Participants learn how to guide actions, add energy, and provide long-term perspective.
