Through the intentional integration of youth voice, service-learning, and authentic youth-adult partnerships, educators can cultivate school communities that strengthen relationships, increase student agency, and prepare young people for active participation in civic life. Participants will hear practical examples from educators and youth leaders who are transforming school culture by creating meaningful opportunities for students to lead, contribute, and belong.
