Great leaders aren’t born, they’re built through action. In this engaging conversation, youth changemakers share the journeys behind their community impact projects, from the moment they recognized a need to the challenges they overcame and the lives they changed along the way. Joining them is a public service leader whose own career began the same way theirs is starting now, with a willingness to show up for their community. Together, they’ll connect the dots between the skills built through service-learning, organizing, problem-solving, working across differences, and the career paths in public service, nonprofit leadership, and civic life that those skills can open. Youth attendees will leave with real talk about what it takes to turn community involvement into a career, plus direct access to ask questions of people doing the work right now. This is a chance not just to be inspired, but to start building the experience that gets you there.
