Youth as Solutions

Your Leadership Team (consisting of at least two youth in grades 6-12 + an adult mentor from a public school, school district, government entity, or nonprofit ) applies to work in one of our impact areas. Once your team is accepted, you attend a virtual, live kickoff training and can begin recruiting additional students to join your team and support your project!
After kickoff, your team will begin following our service-learning IPARD process to investigate an issue in your community, plan a project to address the issue, take action, reflect with your team, and demonstrate your learning. Throughout the school year, your Leadership Team will attend monthly live, virtual sessions with our national group of changemakers to connect, collaborate, and learn and grow together.
