The Generator School Network is an online community of youth and adults committed to providing and advocating for high-quality service-learning experiences for young people around the world. Thousands utilize this free resource as a way to learn, plan, and connect with the service-learning field.
The GSN is home to the Generator, a project planning tool to guide the creation of new and innovative service-learning projects in the GSN. For youth and educators, this tool takes users from early planning to project completion — challenging them to think more deeply about their project while providing dozens of supporting resources.
The GSN also houses the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse, which offers thousands of free online resources for K-12, higher education, community-based organizations, and tribal communities, and is the nation’s largest library of service-learning research, data, tools, and materials.
