We’re still in the early days of January, so there’s a slight chance your New Year’s Resolutions are intact, right? At NYLC, we’ve resolved to get busy with our professional development – and we’re itching for you to join us! Here’s our PD slate for the next few months:
Monday, January 23, 5:00 PM central.
Self-care & Organization webinar. What better time to get ahead of the game and learn new tricks to be your best you? Get organized, as Michael Scott from The Office once said, “If you do your spring cleaning in January, guess what you don’t have to do in the spring? Anything.”
Wednesday, February 22, 4:00 PM central.
Curriculum Development webinar. A strong curriculum with meaningful service and youth agency takes planning. We want to help you on that quest. Join NYLC’s professional development team for tips and best practices.
Our webinars are always free and archived for later viewing.
Wednesday, March 22 – Friday, March 24.
Dare to Dream, the 28th Annual National Service-Learning Conference. We’re entering the home stretch for our annual conference, so NOW is absolutely the time to jump on board. Why? Early-bird registration – your cheapest option for this event – ends January 16. If you’re not familiar with the conference already, watch the video and visit the conference website.
That’ll get you a quarter of the way through the year. We’re already planning the next batch of webinars, new online courses, and the National Youth Leadership Training in July (open to all high school students in the 2017-18 year). We are resolute, and we’ll be your resolution buddies if you’ll have us.
